Here, Hilder embraced a dual role—teaching in the classroom and serving as the school’s resident plumber. Each repair and installation not only improved the school’s facilities, but also boosted Hilder’s income, proving that her specialized skills opened up multiple revenue streams.
Today, Hilder’s ambitions stretch even further. She plans to establish her own plumbing shop in Jinja, merging her technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision. Her journey from BIP student to a multi-skilled professional shows what’s possible when you invest in quality vocational education.
