During her internship, Kevin quickly distinguished herself through her commitment to learning and her ability to translate theory into practice. She approached each task with focus and responsibility, earning the respect of supervisors and colleagues.

After completing her training, Kevin secured full-time employment with MAKEPAS MATCH LIMITED, marking the beginning of her professional career in the manufacturing sector.
Through consistent performance and dedication, she steadily grew within the organisation. Today, she serves as a Production Supervisor, where she oversees production processes, ensures quality standards are maintained, and safeguards worker safety across operations.
Her role requires both technical knowledge and leadership — managing workflow, monitoring equipment, and maintaining efficiency on the factory floor.
